I am currently not set up for international postage; however, if you are from outside Australia and are interested in my products, please contact me directly to discuss postage options.
Returns, Refunds, and Repairs
Returns within 30 days of the purchase date: You can return items within 30 days of the purchase date. If you are just outside of the 30 days but your item is unused with original packaging, please contact me directly for options.
Proof of Purchase: Proof of purchase is required for returns, refunds, or repairs. A receipt is preferred; otherwise, a clear photo and the purchase date may help verify your purchase.
Change of Mind: I do not refund items due to a change of mind or items purchased without reading the full details.
Damaged Items: If an item is damaged, a full refund or return may not be granted if I have reason to believe it was damaged due to lack of care. For example, if the care instructions state to spot clean an item, but the customer put it in the washing machine, this would be considered lack of care.
Postage Costs Under $12: Items with postage costs under $12 do not include tracking.
Postage: I use AUS Post for a wider range of postage options and to ensure the safe arrival of your product. If AUS Post does not meet these standards and your package arrives damaged, please take photos with the date and time of arrival and contact me immediately so I can raise the issue.
Return Postage: Customers are responsible for return postage for items that need to be inspected. If the item is found to be faulty and does not meet ACCC standards, the return postage costs will be reimbursed to the customer.
Sale Items with Defects: Items sold as sale items with stated defects are not eligible for returns, refunds, or repairs.

Made to Order
I offer “made to order” options for products such as higher quantities or colors that are sold out. If you are interested in other products I do not make, such as blankets and beanies, please contact me, and I may be able to recommend local makers.
